As a Casual Floor & Front of House Staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests are always at the forefront of our thinking and actions during our trading hours which are: Monday - Sunday 11am - 9pm.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a Floor & Front of House Staff, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive customer interactions by collaborating with and inspiring team members and utilising engagement and up-selling techniques. Your responsibility will extend to overseeing floor sections, maximising speed, and efficiency, and ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• While prior experience is not essential, we value a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Must be able to work in Australia full time.
• Perfect English speaking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to handle quick decision-making in a pressurised environment.
• Good customer etiquette skills.
• Good multi tasking skills as well as working well with others.
• Strong communication skills and a warm and inviting demeanour.
• Passion for Kerbside's vision, objectives, services, and products.
• A minimum of 3 working day availabilities with flexible hours (day and night).
