What you'll do:

Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you’re behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs

What you've got:

Uniqueness and a passion for fun
Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
As we are a seven day a week business, you must be available to work nights and weekends*
