Key Attributes We're Looking For

  • Friendly, positive personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to make guests feel welcome
  • Previous café, restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
  • Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system (Lightspeed experience is a bonus)
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, punctual and well-presented
  • Able to work 3–4 shifts per week, including some weekends
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Front of House Team Member – Albert & Moore Café (Freshwater)

We're looking for an energetic and friendly Front of House Team Member to join our team at Albert & Moore Café in Freshwater.

This role is perfect for someone who loves people, enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Greeting and serving customers
  • Taking orders and operating the POS system
  • Preparing and delivering drinks and food
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment
  • Working closely with our kitchen and barista team

What we're looking for:

  • A warm, positive personality and great attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred
  • POS experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability for 3–4 shifts per week
