Full job description

Deccan paradise and grill; are seeking passionate team member to join our vibrant team in Hervey Bay, QLD. This is a casual or part-time position, where you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Warmly welcoming and seating guests upon arrival.
  • Providing attentive and friendly table service
  • Ensuring the dining area is well-presented and maintained.
  • Communicating effectively with the kitchen team to deliver orders efficiently-correctly.
  • Handling cash and card payments in a professional manner.
  • Contributing to a positive team environment.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Barista or RSA experience will be a plus.

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 20.0 per week

Work Location: In person
