Key Responsibilities:

Greet, seat, and welcome guests with genuine hospitality
Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests and dietary needs
Serve food and drinks promptly and to presentation standards
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service
Process payments and handle transactions accurately
Respond to guest requests and provide helpful, attentive service
Follow all safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holiday

What You’ll Bring:

Previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role
Availability to work early mornings and the ability to prioritise AM shifts
Ability to stand for long periods and lift items as required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing needs
Reliable, positive, and committed to delivering high quality service
