Full job description

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, create a welcoming atmosphere, take orders accurately, and provide high-quality service.
  • Beverage and Food Service: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks according to company standards.
  • Cash and Payment Handling: Accurately process customer payments using a point-of-sale system, handle cash responsibly, and balance the till.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restock supplies, and monitor inventory levels.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols, including checking customer identification for age verification.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and seamless service, especially during busy periods.
