About the Opportunity

This is a rare chance to join the team of one of Melbourne’s most exciting new hospitality venues.

Working closely with our Venue Manager, Duty Managers and the wider leadership team, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll bring energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for hospitality, contributing to a strong service culture and helping shape the atmosphere that sets our venues apart.

What You’ll Do

As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience by:

  • Delivering warm, attentive and genuine service across the bar, floor and functions
  • Greeting guests, managing reservations and ensuring smooth seating and flow
  • Taking orders accurately and confidently recommending menu and beverage items
  • Running food and drinks with efficiency, pace and care
  • Maintaining high standards of venue presentation, cleanliness and safety
  • Supporting busy service periods, events and activations with a positive attitude
  • Working closely with the whole team to deliver consistent, high‑quality experiences
  • Handling payments and ensuring accurate cash and EFTPOS transactions
  • Contributing to a welcoming, inclusive and supportive team culture

About You

You’re friendly, reliable and passionate about hospitality. You bring energy and positivity to every shift — and you love helping guests feel special. You’ll also have:

  • Previous Front of House, bar or restaurant experience (Essential)
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine love for people
  • A proactive, hands‑on mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Great attention to detail and pride in high standards
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • A team‑first attitude and willingness to learn
  • Availability to work nights, weekends and event evenings
