Squires Loft South Yarra have proudly been serving steaks for nearly 30 years, since 1993. Our philosophy is great food and friendly staff. The corner stone of our success is our unique flavours, from our baste, to our sauces and custom-built grills allowing for a unique cooking process that creates an incredible taste profile.

Most importantly we provide the finest quality of Australian beef. This is primarily sourced from the lush green pastures of Gippsland, northern New South Wales and Queensland, renowned for producing premium beef, excelling in taste and tenderness. With 14 steakhouse restaurants in Australia and a dedication to providing flavours to the highest standards, we are unrivalled as ‘The Steak Specialists’.

We are seeking for a casual or part time experienced, talented and passionate Front of House staff who demonstrates excellent attitude and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Smiles, personality and a passion for high-quality service
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is a MUST
  • A Front of House expert that can deliver exceptional service and take our guests through a culinary journey
  • Knowledge of wines, spirits, and beers (a plus, however training provided)
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Working rights required for this role

Schedule:

Please be aware our business schedule is Monday to Sunday from 5:30pm until 11:00pm which may change based on demand. We are open for lunch on Thursdays and Fridays from mid-day. Weekend availability is fundamental.
