400 Gradi Mildura are looking for front of house staff!

We are looking for passionate and dedicated front of house candidates (wait staff, bar staff, runners) who want to build a long term career within the 400 Gradi team. 400 Gradi is an award-winning restaurant specialising in traditional Italian cuisine. Our key focus is to consistently deliver exceptional customer dining experiences.

In other words, we are looking for the best in the industry!

The successful candidates will require impeccable customer service, good communication and be able to uphold our high standards.

On the job training available to candidates with a positive, "can do" attitude.

The successful candidates will:

• Have 6 months experience in the hospitality industry (preferable, however we are happy to train the right people!)

• Demonstrate a professional, upbeat and friendly personality

• Display a high level of attention to detail, show initiative and a drive to complete tasks to the highest standard

• Have well-developed communication skills, with the ability to relate well to a large and diverse group of employees

• Have the ability to multi-task under pressure

• Have a strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude

• Have exceptional presentation and grooming

• Be able and willing to work weekends and public holidays

You will need to be available to work a rotating seven day roster, including nights and weekends and must be eligible to work in Australia.
