Located within Holiday Inn Warwick Farm, The Warwick is a modern hospitality destination featuring an impressive 360-degree bar, spacious wrap-around balcony overlooking parklands and a vibrant beer garden. We're looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced venue and delivering genuine customer service across gaming, bar and food & beverage.

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced casual Gaming, Bar & F&B Attendants to join our team at The Warwick.

This is a hands-on, all-round hospitality role where you'll work across gaming, bar and food & beverage, depending on the needs of the venue. You'll be responsible for delivering friendly and efficient service, assisting guests with gaming facilities, preparing beverages and supporting food and floor service.

This position offers a rotating 7-day roster, including a mix of day, evening and late-night shifts, making it ideal for candidates with flexible availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly and professional customer service across gaming, bar and food & beverage
  • Operate TAB, Keno and gaming facilities in line with venue procedures and gaming regulations
  • Assist guests with gaming enquiries and promote responsible gambling practices
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Take food and beverage orders and provide efficient floor service
  • Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
  • Maintain clean, organised and well-presented bar, gaming and service areas
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a seamless guest experience
  • Follow all RSA, RCG and venue compliance procedures

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current RSA and RCG certificates (essential)
  • Previous experience in hospitality, with experience across gaming, bar or food & beverage
  • Gaming, TAB and Keno experience is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work across different areas of the venue
  • Ability to work confidently in a busy, customer-facing environment
  • Strong cash handling and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
  • A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
