About the role:

We are looking for friendly, reliable and motivated Waitstaff to join Hedonist. The role involves providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and helping create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

We have part-time and full-time positions available, with the option of casual or permanent employment, depending on your availability and experience.

We are looking for someone who is confident working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, works well as part of a team, and has a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Take food and beverage orders.

- Serve food and drinks to tables promptly.

- Check on customers throughout their dining experience and respond to their needs.

- Clear and reset tables.

- Maintain a clean, organized and presentable dining area.

- Process customer payments.

- Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

- Assist with opening and closing duties.

Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.

Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Support other team members and contribute to a positive team environment.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 38.0 per week
