Level 1 Waitstaff casual

Duties

  • Must be a people person with a friendly, happy attitude at all times
  • Greet customers, take orders, and provide efficient table service
  • Deliver food and drinks and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Clear and reset tables during service
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas (including general cleaning duties)
  • Work closely with kitchen and team for smooth service
  • Process payments using POS system

Requirements

  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

Expectations

  • Be punctual, well-presented, and reliable
  • Work well in a team and assist where needed
