We are looking for energetic and dedicated Casual Front of House Waitstaff to join our team in Oakleigh. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing top-tier customer service. You will be the face of our venue, ensuring every guest has a professional and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Providing friendly, attentive, and professional customer service at all times
  • Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Running food and drinks to tables promptly
  • Clearing and resetting tables to maintain a smooth flow of service
  • Maintaining a clean and organised floor area
  • Communicating effectively with both the kitchen and Front of House teams
  • Handling customer requests and enquiries with a professional manner
  • Following venue procedures and strict food safety standards
  • Contributing to a positive, supportive, and collaborative team environment

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for people
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistently well-presented
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure during peak periods
