We are currently looking for Casual/Part-Time Waitstaff to join our friendly team in Toongabbie.

Job Description:

Front of House Staff (Bistro/Restaurant)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve meals while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
  • Process cash, EFTPOS, and other payment transactions.
  • Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service.
  • Assist with function and event setup, including buffet, cocktail, and corporate events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Support team members during busy service periods.
  • Ensure customers have a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.

Requirement:
✅ Friendly and positive attitude
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Weekend and evening availability preferred
✅ Hospitality experience is a bonus, but training will be provided
