About the Role

As a Team Member, you'll be trained across multiple areas of the business, helping deliver the Chip 'n' Mix experience from the moment a customer walks through the door until they leave.

Depending on your training and competency level, your responsibilities may include:

  • Welcoming and serving customers
  • Operating the POS and handling payments
  • Maintaining exceptional customer service
  • Preparing and presenting food to Chip 'n' Mix standards
  • Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Restocking and preparing service areas
  • Supporting teammates during busy periods
  • Keeping the restaurant clean, organised and ready for service

As you complete your training, you'll unlock additional competencies, higher levels of responsibility and increased hourly pay.
