Job Purpose:

The primary role of a server is to provide friendly, prompt, and personable service experiences to all customers and friends of Brother of Mine. This service should be delivered with an emphasis on specialty food, coffee, and brand education. Your mission is to create a positive experience for our customers, ensuring their visit to our café is enjoyable and encouraging their return.

Your commitment to achieving our mission of ensuring customers leave happier than when they entered is crucial. This involves creating a positive atmosphere, greeting every customer during their visit, and developing a personal rapport with regular customers.

Professional Service: Your focus should be on delivering exceptional customer service, intending to exceed our guests’ expectations. This requires a willingness to learn new skills and techniques, seeking feedback regularly, and tailoring your approach to suit the uniqueness of our guests. Maintaining an organized, clean, and well-stocked section is also essential.
