The Role:

This is a perfect entry-point into the hospitality industry! As a Front of House team member, you will be the face of our venue, learning all aspects of customer service in a supportive team environment. You will help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests walk in.

Your key duties will include:

• Greeting and seating guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Taking customer orders accurately and providing menu recommendations.
• Processing payments using our POS system.
• Preparing and serving beverages, including barista-made coffee (training provided).
• Ensuring tables are cleared and reset efficiently for the next guests.
• Helping to maintain a clean and tidy dining and service area.
