ChooBung BBQ is a vibrant Korean BBQ restaurant located in the heart of Burwood. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our growing team. Multiple Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available for immediate start.

Front of House (FOH) Wait StaffKey Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently
  • Explain menu items and provide recommendations
  • Monitor tables and ensure guests have an excellent dining experience
  • Clear and reset tables promptly
  • Process payments through the POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Work closely with kitchen and management teams during service

Requirements

  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-presented and professional
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
