About the Role:
We’re looking for Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Conference & Events team on a Casual basis.

You’ll be part of delivering weddings, functions and events from setup through to pack-down, providing professional and friendly service throughout. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, knows the importance of great service and takes pride in getting the details right.

Availability across evenings, weekends and event periods is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and pack down function and event spaces
• Provide professional food and beverage service throughout events
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of function spaces
• Work closely with the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service
• Follow event run sheets, floor plans and service requirements
• Respond to guest requests and provide attentive service
• Maintain RSA and food safety standards
• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment

About You:

• Previous food and beverage experience, ideally within events, functions, hotels or hospitality
• A genuine passion for delivering great guest experiences
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment
• Well-presented, reliable and professional
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Current RSA is essential
• Comfortable with a 3 plate carry
• Australian Work Rights
