Senior Section Waiter

Stelo is hiring experienced Senior Section Waiters to join our front of house team.

We are a busy restaurant and bar in the heart of Launceston, known for warm service, handmade pasta, Tasmanian produce, regional Italian food, and a strong wine and cocktail program.

We are currently open Tuesday to Saturday, with most shifts in the evening, approximately 5pm to 10pm.

This role begins as casual, with permanent part-time or full-time opportunities available for the right person.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can confidently run a section, communicate well with guests, stay organised under pressure, and bring genuine care to the floor.

You will need:

• Previous restaurant experience

• Confidence managing your own section

• Strong communication skills

• Good food and wine knowledge, or a strong desire to learn

• Reliability, warmth and good presentation

• Availability across evenings and weekends
