We are setting up for another big year of Weddings and Events and are seeking outgoing and energetic individuals to join the team.

We have casual positions available for the right candidates. Located only 35mins from Sydney CBD, Springfield House is renowned for its boutique styled Manor and luxury Pavilion marquee for weddings and special events. At Springfield House, we take hospitality to the next level, priding ourselves in excellence and providing a service that our guests can trust.

We are committed to crafting unforgettable memories for our guests that will have them swept away by the peace and tranquillity that is Springfield House.

We are looking for various roles-

• Wait staff
• Bar staff
• Baristas

Ideal candidates will possess and not limited to -

• Must have a valid RSA certificate if working Front of House and over the age of 18
• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality industry
• Barista experience is desirable
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a customer focused, positive attitude
• Must be available to work late nights and weekends
• Attention to detail
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Reliable, diligent and self-motivated
• Bar experience is desirable
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal skills and a team player
• Set Up Crew - to ensure all event set ups and pack down are done in a timely manner, load and unload equipment/furniture from vehicles and storage
