Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, andcustomer-focused Front-of-House Staff Memberto joinour Indian restaurant team. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for welcomingcustomers,providing excellent customer service,taking orders, serving food and beverages,and ensuring a pleasantdining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendlyand professional manner.
• Show customers to their tables andprovide menus.
• Explain Indian dishes, ingredients, spicelevels and daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Check customer satisfaction throughouttheir dining experience.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaintsand special requests.
• Process payments and operate the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areasand service stations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensuresmooth service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplacehealth and safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing restaurant duties.

Skills and Requirements

• Excellent communication and customerservice skills.

• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-pacedrestaurant environment.
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine is an advantage.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
