At Lone Star Rib House Toowoomba, we pride ourselves on good old-fashioned hospitality with a smile, impeccable food with "a taste that's bigger than Texas," and uniquely curated beverage menus. We're a high-volume Texan-themed restaurant looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Wait Staff to join our team.

The Role:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service with our signature Texan hospitality.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve meals and drinks while maintaining high service standards.
  • Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience from arrival to departure.
  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Follow all food safety, RSA, and company procedures.

About You:

  • Friendly, energetic, and passionate about customer service.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Well-presented with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
