About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time team member to join our team and support the daily operations of our store, including food preparation and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front of House (FOH): Provide friendly customer service, process POS payments, serve food/beverages, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Back of House (BOH): Prepare and assemble sushi items in accordance with company hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Support the team to ensure smooth daily store operations during peak trade.

Shifts, Availability

  • Employment Type: Available for Part-Time
  • School Term Availability: Able to work 2–3 shifts per week (after-school hours and/or weekends)
  • School Holiday Availability: High availability to work 4–5 shifts per week during school holiday periods
  • Weekend Availability: Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per week
  • Attributes: Reliable, punctual, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • ** No prior experience required — full training is provided!

Requirements

  • Part-Time role, days and hours to be discussed and confirmed with the Restaurant Manager based on business needs
  • Casual role with varying weekly shifts based on business needs
  • Flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
  • Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable
