ABOUT US

Tony's Woodfire is a much-loved Mediterranean Woodfire Restaurant in the heart of Beecroft, NSW. We are passionate about great food, warm hospitality, and creating an exceptional dining experience for every single guest that walks through our doors. We take pride in what we do — and we're looking for someone who does too.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Floor Staff member to join our team on a casual/part-time basis. This isn't just a job for someone to take orders and deliver plates — we are looking for a true hospitality professional who understands that exceptional service is an art form.

You will be the face of Tony's Woodfire, delivering a warm, attentive, and memorable experience to every guest. If you genuinely love hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in going above and beyond, we want to hear from you.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Significant experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment (this is a must)
  • A genuine passion for people and delivering next-level customer service
  • Someone who goes above and beyond as a matter of course — not just when asked
  • Warm, friendly, and approachable with a natural ability to connect with guests
  • Well-presented, professional, and takes pride in their work
  • A strong team player who lifts the energy of everyone around them
  • Ability to read the room — attentive without being intrusive
  • Knowledge of food and beverage (wine knowledge a bonus)
  • Availability on evenings and weekends (essential)
