Responsibilities

  • Experience in hospitality environment is essential for this role
  • Simple Japanese speaking ability is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Ability to run the kitchen based on procedures.
  • Inventory management - stock arrangements
  • Be able to identify problems and solve/report problems in a timely fashion.
  • Responsible/Reliable/On Time/Pay attention to details/Smile & Friendly with everyone & Follow our high standards
