In this role, you will:

  • confidently look after a designated section with support from food runners and the rest of the team while making sure our guests are having a good time
  • develop and apply table-side service and beverage preparation and service skills
  • work closely with our kitchen team to gain an understanding of ingredients, provenance, processes and techniques
  • champion our food and drinks menu as it changes with seasons and share stories behind items on the menu as well as winemakers and more

Experience in a similar role is essential.
