Front of House – Luigi’s

At Luigi’s, we believe great hospitality is about people first.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making guests feel welcome — the kind of person who brings energy to the room, communicates confidently, and naturally connects with people. Someone who can read a table, engage with guests, work closely with the team, and help create the warm atmosphere Luigi’s is known for.

Great service to us isn’t robotic — it’s attentive, engaging and authentic. We take pride in creating memorable dining experiences and are looking for someone who shares that same passion for hospitality.

What we value:

  • Confident communication and strong presence on the floor
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and customer experience
  • A positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • The ability to stay calm, organised and professional during busy services

What you’ll be doing:

  • Welcoming guests and setting the tone for their experience
  • Delivering warm, attentive and knowledgeable service
  • Communicating clearly with both guests and the kitchen team
  • Maintaining awareness of the floor during service
  • Helping create the lively and welcoming atmosphere Luigi’s is loved for

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights
  • Must have Australian work rights (no sponsorship)
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • A team player who works well with others
  • Strong spoken English required to confidently communicate with guests and the team
  • RSA certificate (or willing to obtain) Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Wine knowledge
  • Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative and anticipate guest needs during service

We’re not just looking for someone to carry plates — we’re looking for someone who takes pride in great hospitality and enjoys creating memorable experiences for every guest.

If you love hospitality, enjoy engaging with people, and want to be part of a strong team culture, we’d love to hear from you.

Join the Luigi’s team and help us create great dining experiences.

Please include a short note about your hospitality experience and why you'd like to work at Luigi’s.
