Full job description

The Sanctuary Bar & Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Staff to join our friendly team.

If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

You'll be involved in a variety of front-of-house duties, including:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Taking food and beverage orders
  • Preparing and serving drinks, including coffee (barista experience is an advantage)
  • Operating the POS system and handling payments
  • Setting up and clearing tables
  • Assisting with functions, weddings, and special events
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant and bar environment

About You

  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
  • Friendly, reliable, and well-presented
  • Able to work efficiently in a busy team environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • A current RSA certificate is essential
  • Approved Manager's Card is advantageous but not essential
