Aroma Bakery is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused team members to join our growing business.

Front of House Team Member

As the face of our bakery, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Take orders and process payments
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Assist with product presentation and merchandising
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Barista

We are seeking an experienced barista who:

  • Has a passion for coffee and customer service
  • Can consistently produce high-quality coffees
  • Works well under pressure during busy periods
  • Maintains cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Brings a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable and punctual individuals
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Availability to work weekends and early mornings
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred (but not essential for Front of House)
