We are looking for a reliable Kitchen All-Rounder to join our team. The role involves general kitchen preparation and assisting with daily kitchen operations.

Asian kitchen experience is preferred but not a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food preparation including cutting cooked chicken & pork meat, and other ingredients
• Basic food assembly and plating
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
• Following food safety and hygiene standards
• Assisting the Chef during busy service periods
• Stock rotation and basic kitchen duties

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Understanding of basic food safety practices
