Full job description

RESTAURANT OPERATIONS

  • Manage efficient and safe operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest food hygiene and customer service standards are maintained.
  • Be a role model to other staff in your dealings with customers; be polite to them, serve them with a smile and make them feel welcome.
  • Ensure a professional and positive attitude at all times in your dealings with staff, customers and suppliers.
  • Maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times and deals with dress issues as they arise, ensuring the reputation of the business is maintained.
  • Be proactive, anticipate and manage staff and work to be performed before it is required.
  • Ensure restaurant and surroundings are clean at all times and maintained at a hygienic standards.
  • Ensure an in depth knowledge of food and beverage menu and options is maintained.

STAFF MANAGEMENT

  • Create and maintain a positive and performance culture in the team.
  • Lead by example in your actions and ensure your presentation is impeccable. Ensure staff meet the same standards.
  • Ensure all staff provide excellent customer service and proactively ensure customers are satisfied

Pay: $26.44 – $47.50 per hour
