Job Description
We are excited to invite passionate hospitality professionals to join the Food & Beverage team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, located in the heart of the Hunter Valley.
With multiple full-time and part-time opportunities available, this is your chance to grow your career within a stunning resort environment that values exceptional service, teamwork, and professional development.
About the Roles
As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include:
- Delivering friendly, professional, and efficient service across our restaurants, bars, and events spaces
- Supporting daily Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant service, functions, and guest experiences
- Leading and supporting team members to deliver service excellence (Team Leader positions)
- Ensuring food and beverage standards are maintained in line with brand expectations
- Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and team members
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and workplace safety
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or high-volume hospitality environment (preferred)
- Current RSA certification
- Current Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- For Team Leader roles, previous experience supervising or leading a Food & Beverage team is preferred
