Wait Staff / Front of House – Casual

Martini & Co knox

Martini & Co knox is looking for an energetic and experienced Wait Staff / Front of House team member to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can handle a busy restaurant environment and knows how to provide great customer service.

This is a casual position with approximately 3–4 shifts per week, with the opportunity for more shifts depending on availability and business needs.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of hospitality / restaurant experience
  • Friday and Saturday night availability is essential
  • Available for approximately 3–4 shifts per week
  • Confident taking orders and looking after tables
  • Friendly and confident with customers
  • Able to work efficiently during busy services
  • Reliable, punctual and a good team player
  • Good communication skills
  • POS experience is preferred

Your role will include:

  • Greeting and serving customers
  • Taking food and drink orders
  • Running food and beverages
  • Clearing and resetting tables
  • Processing payments
  • Keeping the restaurant clean and organised
  • Supporting the wider team during busy periods
