Casa Nova Italian Restaurant is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team at our Toronto venue. We’re a busy Italian restaurant known for handmade pasta, woodfired pizza, fresh seafood, and a strong focus on delivering a great dining experience.

About the role

We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in keeping things clean, organised, and running smoothly. This role will support the kitchen team with dishwashing, cleaning, basic food prep, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key duties

• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assisting with general kitchen cleaning and sanitising.
• Supporting chefs with basic prep tasks when required.
• Keeping work areas tidy, safe, and organised.
• Following food safety and hygiene standards.

About you

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Available for flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $26.00 – $38.00 per hour
