About Us

My Centred Care is a disability support provider dedicated to delivering personalised, compassionate and reliable support to individuals living with disabilities and mental health challenges.

We are currently looking for caring, responsible and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualised support to participants living with disabilities, psychosocial disabilities and mental health conditions.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, cleaning and household tasks.
  • Support participants with community access, social activities and appointments.
  • Provide transport to medical appointments, shopping and other activities.
  • Encourage participants to develop independence, confidence and daily living skills.
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and communicate effectively with the team.

Requirements

  • Reliable, patient, compassionate and responsible.
  • Experience supporting people with disabilities or mental health conditions is highly regarded.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to communicate in English.
  • Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are highly desirable.
  • Must have a valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Flexible availability and willingness to work different shifts.
  • Ability to work independently and professionally.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (where required).
  • Working with Children Check (where required).
  • First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
  • Right to work in Australia.
