Join Our Team! Weekend Floor Staff – The Flower Shop Penrith

Location: Penrith, NSW
Job Type: Casual
Shifts: Evenings to Late Nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) flexibility is greatly appreciated

About the role

The Flower Shop is a speakeasy inspired Restaurant & Bar in the heart of Penrith, looking to grow the team with casual waiting staff and cocktail bartenders. You will be joining a vibrant, fast-paced hospitality environment known for its beautiful cocktails and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities Floor Staff

  • Taking orders from guests
  • Serving food and drinks
  • Handling payments
  • Creating positive experiences for guests

Key Responsibilities Bartenders

  • Confidence in mixing, we are primarily a cocktail bar, we would love for you to know how to make a mean Margarita
  • Having an energetic & vibrant attitude
  • Handling payments if necessary
  • Coffee & basic barista skills are not essential but great

About you

  • Hospitality or Customer Service experience, with strong preference for previous restaurant/bar experience
  • RSA qualification is essential
  • A genuine passion for people and great service
  • Confidence in taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments
  • A team-first attitude
  • The ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Being a clean and organised person is a strong preference
