Christmas is one of our busiest and most exciting times of the year, and we're looking for enthusiastic Christmas Casual Sales Assistants to join our store team.

If you're friendly, reliable, enjoy working with people and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves when things get busy, we'd love to hear from you.

No previous retail experience? That's okay. We're looking for people with the right attitude who are ready to learn, work as part of a team and help us give our customers a great shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

No two shifts at Red Dot are exactly the same. You could be:

• Welcoming customers and helping them find what they need

• Serving customers at the registers

• Unpacking stock and keeping our shelves full

• Keeping the store tidy, safe and looking great

• Helping with our busy Christmas deliveries and stock

• Working together with your team to get the job done

Christmas can get busy, so you'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and jumping in wherever you're needed.

What we're looking for

You don't need to be a retail expert. We're looking for people who:

• Are friendly, positive and ready to give things a go

• Are reliable and turn up when they've committed to a shift

• Enjoy helping customers

• Work well as part of a team

• Can follow instructions and store procedures

• Are comfortable being on their feet and completing the physical tasks that come with working in retail

• Can be flexible with their availability during our peak Christmas trading period

Availability across weekdays, weekends, evenings and the Christmas/New Year period will be important.
