About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Housekeeper to join our team. Working as part of our housekeeping department, you will play a key role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms and public areas
• Make beds and replenish linen, towels, and guest amenities
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and other guest facilities
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitise rooms to hotel standards
• Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly
• Ensure housekeeping equipment is used and stored correctly
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests when required

About You

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred
• Hotel or accommodation experience will be highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Understanding of hygiene standards and safe work practices
• Available to work a flexible roster across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
