    • Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience running a section in a premium casual or fine-dining restaurant.
    • Assist with training and ongoing development of bar team members.
    • Strong bar and cocktail knowledge, with a genuine passion for great drinks and hospitality.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience as a Section Waiter in a premium or hatted venue
  • Strong service etiquette and ability to deliver a consistent, elevated guest experience
  • Immaculate presentation and confident interpersonal communication
  • Availability to work Friday & Saturday evenings
  • A current NSW RSA Certificate
