The Opportunity
This is not a conventional Assistant Manager role.

You will be a key leader on the floor driving service, shaping team performance, and ensuring every detail aligns with Rockpool’s exacting standards.

This role suits a hospitality professional who is serious about their craft and ready to operate in a high-performance, premium dining environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Leading service with confidence, presence, and attention to detail
  • Supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team performance
  • Coaching and developing a highly skilled front-of-house team
  • Maintaining consistency across service, product knowledge, and guest experience
  • Upholding the standards that define Rockpool—precision, warmth, and professionalism

  • Proven leadership experience in premium or fine dining environments
  • A deep respect for hospitality as a craft, not just a job
  • Strong service instincts, with the ability to read the floor and lead in real time
