About the Role

• Lead and manage your designated section, ensuring the consistent delivery of premium quality dishes
• Execute dishes with precision, maintaining exceptional quality, presentation, and portion control during service.
• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and senior team to uphold the restaurant’s culinary vision and operational excellence.
• Supervise and support junior team members within your section, fostering efficiency, communication, and professional growth.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and WH&S standards while ensuring a clean, organised, and high-performing workstation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Chef de Partie within a premium dining environment
• Formal Training: A recognised qualification in Commercial Cookery is essential, with a strong grasp of classical techniques, kitchen operations, and section management.
  Safety & Hygiene Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of WH&S regulations and food safety standards, with the ability to consistently maintain and enforce best practices within your section.
• Commitment to Excellence: A genuine passion for culinary craft, creativity in execution, and a drive to continuously refine skills while contributing positively to team performance and kitchen culture.
