Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting cocktails and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment
• Very good knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology
• Excellent presentation and customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Available nights and weekends for a minimum of 32 hours per week
