Full job description

We are seeking a Housekeeper/Room attendant with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude to join our housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service guests rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and public areas to company standards.
  • Make beds, change linen and replenish amenities.
  • Follow hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
  • Report maintenance issues, lost property and room discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure cleaning supplies and trolleys are maintained and well stocked.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and check-in schedules.
  • Assist guests professionally if approached during your shift.

About you

  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is a must.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, reliable and professional attiude.
  • Availability to work across weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.
  • You are comfortable with the physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, bending and handling linen and supplies safely.
  • Legal right to work in Australia.
