About the Role:

We're looking for a efficient and friendly Administration Officer to be the welcoming face of our care community and provide crucial support to our team at Clyde North Terrace Care Community.

What You'll Do:

✔️ Be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors.

✔️ Provide essential administrative support including rostering, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate records.

✔️ Assist with guiding prospective residents and families on tours of our community.

✔️ Manage accounts, process invoices, and support financial operations.

✔️ Work closely with the leadership team to ensure our community runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Need:

✔️ Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role (aged care or healthcare experience is a plus)

✔️ Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

✔️ A friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills

✔️ Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office

✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team

✔️ Willingness to complete:

  • Pre-employment medical
  • Police check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
