- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Collect and maintain employee compliance documentation
- Support the onboarding process for new support workers
- Ensure workforce records remain accurate and up to date within internal systems
Communication & Administration
- Act as a key point of contact for support workers regarding roster enquiries and shift coordination.
- Maintain strong working relationships with employees, participants, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Provide high-quality administrative support across workforce operations.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS requirements, organisational policies, and relevant employment legislation.

To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated and solutions-focused individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
You will ideally bring:
- Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, workforce coordination, or recruitment
- Experience within the disability, community services, aged care, or healthcare sector (preferred)
- Strong understanding of customer service and workforce engagement principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the disability sector
- Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities
