As a Christmas Casual Team Member, you’ll be part of making those moments happen during our busiest (and most exciting) time of year.

This Christmas, we know that everyone shines in different ways. Some people love being front and centre – connecting with customers, sharing their favourite fragrances and helping find the perfect gift. Others are at their best behind the scenes – keeping stock flowing, orders moving and everything running smoothly.

We’re building our Christmas team around what our people do best, with two roles to choose from:

• Customer Assistant – creating thoughtful, joy-filled customer experiences while supporting all areas of the store.
• Stock Controller – keeping things moving behind the scenes through stock, replenishment and customer order fulfilment.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your role, you could:

• Create unforgettable in-store experiences with genuine care, personality, and attention
• Light up the shopfloor by achieving your goals and contributing to team success
• Be a go-to expert on all things dusk – helping customers find the perfect fragrance, décor piece, or festive gift
• Receive, unpack and process stock deliveries accurately and efficiently
• Pick and process Ship-to-Store and customer orders
• Keep stock replenished, organised and ready for our busiest trading days
• Keep our stores beautiful, inviting and aligned to our brand and visual standards
• Jump in, support your teammates and help keep the energy high during the busy season

Whether you're helping someone find the perfect Christmas gift or making sure that gift is ready and waiting for them, you'll play an important part in creating the dusk Christmas experience.

About You

• You’re upbeat, dependable and always ready to lend a hand
• You bring curiosity, care and a strong work ethic to every shift
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a team
• You may love connecting with customers and making them feel seen, welcome and valued
• Or you may be someone who loves organisation, accuracy and getting things done behind the scenes
• You’re comfortable getting hands-on with stock, replenishment and day-to-day store tasks
• You have strong availability across the peak Christmas trading period, including late nights, weekends and public holidays
• Most importantly, you’re ready to bring the energy and joy during the most magical time of year
