The Opportunity:

Our team is growing and we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Barista who can bring a can-do attitude, teamwork, flexibility, and a strong commitment to safety and service to join us at Roy Hill Mine Village, in WA’s Pilbara.

We have Full Time and Casual roles Fly-inFly-Out from Perth Airport to Remote WA, on a 14:7 roster, working 12-hour days in demanding, remote environments means solid fitness and resilience are essential. If you’re driven, self-motivated, and ready for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

About You:

  • Have at least 2 year’s experience as a barista.
  • Be comfortable working under pressure during busy periods.
  • Have a bubbly personality and a willingness to interact with our customers.
  • Be a team player and have the ability to work in all areas of the café and tavern.
  • Excellent working knowledge of food handling & hygiene standards, preferably with a current Food Safety Certificate
  • Experience in the use of POS, EFTPOS and cash handling.
  • Reliability and ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently and remotely.

  • Valid Full Australian Working Rights
  • WA Manual Drivers licence
