Job Description


At Manly Pacific, MGallery Collection, we create memorable moments from the very first hello. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our luxury hotel, delivering warm, personalised service and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and exceptional stay. What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in through to departure.
  • Promote and enrol guests into Accor's award-winning ALL loyalty program.
  • Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care.
  • Manage room allocations, process payments, and issue room keys accurately.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
  • Conduct room tours and support sales initiatives when required.
  • Maintain impeccable presentation of the front desk and lobby areas.
  • Uphold luxury brand standards and create memorable guest interactions at every opportunity.

Qualifications


About You

You are a polished, service-driven professional who takes pride in creating outstanding guest experiences. You bring:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong computer literacy, with Opera PMS experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and personalised service.
  • Knowledge of Accor's ALL loyalty program (advantageous).
  • Familiarity with Manly and Sydney's Northern Beaches to confidently share local recommendations.
  • Immaculate personal presentation aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential
  • Valid Australian Working Rights / Visa is essential
