RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all patrons enjoy a positive and memorable experience.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including correct cash handling procedures.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across all areas of the venue.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional service delivery.
• Manage customer enquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and professionalism at all times.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills.
• Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every shift.
• Communicate effectively with patrons, peers, and management.
• Uphold service and procedural standards within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Be available to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) & RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) Certificate essential.
• Experience with Tab & Keno essential.
