We are on the lookout for two enthusiastic Full‑Time and Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at HMAS Cerberus, Victoria’s largest naval training base!

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to Defence personnel, visitors, and staff. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and experience in hospitality or food service environments.
The position includes:

• Serving Military Personnel during
• Delivering an outstanding service to all guests, every shift
• Providing professional bar service (RSA standards)
• Keeping dining and bar areas clean and tidy
• Assisting with basic food prep and restocking where needed
• Following food safety and hygiene standards
• Working as part of a friendly, supportive team

About you

• Demonstrated prior experience in hospitality & catering services
• Current Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Enthusiasm and commitment to high standards of customer service.
• Be an Australian Citizen (for security clearance)

Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check
