Required:

Previous experience in a related Front of House or Waitstaff role.
A current RSA Certificate.
Food Safety Certificate.
Food Allergen Certificate.
Availability to work some weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
A professional and reliable approach with the ability to work well within a team.

Salary: Restaurant Industry Award - AU$33.85 per hour Level 2, plus superannuation and applicable casual loading and penalties.

What you'll do

Provide friendly, professional and attentive service to guests.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages to restaurant standards.
Assist guests with menu, wine and beverage selections.
Maintain a strong understanding of the menu and current offerings.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wider Front of House team.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant.
Follow RSA, food safety and allergen procedures.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Contribute to a positie, professional and team-focused environment.

What you'll bring

Previous experience in a Front of House or Waitstaff role is essential.
A current RSA Certificate, Food Safety Certificate and Food Allergen Certificate.
At least 1 year of experience working as Waitstaff in a fast-paced environment is highly regarded.
Basic knowledge of wine and other beverages.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A professional, friendly and approachable manner.
The ability to remain organised and efficient during busy service periods.
A reliable and positive approach to teamwork.
Availability to work some weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
